Association
The Association for Law and Technology is a professional, non-profit, and voluntary organization, established in accordance with the Law on Associations of the Republic of Serbia, with the aim of advancing the study, development, and application of law in the digital society.
Membership is open to legal professionals, researchers, employees of higher education institutions, businesses professionals, judges, artists and cultural workers, as well as all other interested parties whose professional activities intersect with the legal aspects of digital technologies.
Association activities
Collects and exchanges information, best practices, and research results within the scope of the Association’s activities.
Promotes the development of ethical standards and good practices in the application of technologies within the legal context.
Establishes and maintains platforms for the education and professional development of lawyers, researchers, business professionals, and other interested stakeholders.
Provides expert opinions, analyses, and recommendations in the process of drafting and implementiation of legislation in the field of law and digital technologies.
Publishes professional and scientific publications, manuals, bulletins, electronic and other informational materials related to law and technology.
Prepares, implements, and participates in scientific, research, and professional projects at both national and international levels.
Collaborates with universities, research institutes, professional bodies, state authorities, civil society organizations, businesses, and international partners.
Organizes conferences, roundtables, consultations, professional meetings, panels, workshops, training sessions, and other public or professional events.
