The Association for Law and Technology is a professional, non-profit, and voluntary organization, established in accordance with the Law on Associations of the Republic of Serbia, with the aim of advancing the study, development, and application of law in the digital society.
Membership is open to legal professionals, researchers, employees of higher education institutions, representatives of businesses, courts, artists and cultural institutions, as well as all other interested parties whose professional activities intersect with the legal aspects of digital technologies.

The Association’s goals are:
- advancing knowledge and the development of legal science in the field of law and digital technologies;
- researching and analyzing the impact of contemporary technologies (artificial intelligence, blockchain, automation, cybersecurity, etc.) on legal norms, institutions, and practice;
- fostering dialogue and cooperation between experts in law, engineering, information and communication technologies, the arts, and other relevant sectors;
- supporting policymakers in designing, improving, and implementing legal frameworks related to technological innovation;
- organizing scientific and professional conferences, seminars, workshops, courses, and educational programs in the field of law and technology;
- publishing print and electronic materials aimed at promoting knowledge, ethical standards, and good practices in law and technology;
- providing support to businesses and institutions in defining the legal and ethical aspects of digital technologies;
- networking with related organizations in Serbia and abroad for the purpose of exchanging experience, knowledge, and joint projects;
- encouraging young professionals and researchers to engage with the legal aspects of contemporary technologies.
The Association for Law and Technology was founded in Belgrade on August 20, 2025.
Founders of the Association: Prof. Dr. Dušan V. Popović, Prof. Dr. Sanja Savčić, Prof. Dr. Jelena Lepetić, Assistant Prof. Dr. Novak Vujičić, and Radomir Cerović.
