The Founding Assembly of the Association for Law and Technology was held in Belgrade on August 20, 2025. During the session, members unanimously adopted the Association’s Statute, followed by the election of its governing bodies.

Elected to the Board of Directors were Prof. Dr. Dušan Popović, Prof. Dr. Sanja Savčić, and Assistant Prof. Dr. Novak Vujičić.

After the election of the governing bodies, the Assembly briefly recessed to allow the Board of Directors to convene its first meeting. At that session, Prof. Dr. Dušan Popović was unanimously elected as Chairman of the Board.
